Receive Notification of Land Use Applications in Polk County

Polk County provides a land use application notification signup service for Polk County citizens.

The service provides notice of Polk County land use applications and decisions to citizens in one of the seven geographic areas within Polk County. These notices are provided via email to citizens who register for this service. Registration is valid for a single calendar year. You’ll be asked to enter your name, email address, and the community you live in. Click here to sign up for notifications.

The seven areas for notification are:

• Dallas

• Eola

• Falls City

• Northwest Polk

• Perrydale-McCoy

• Rickreall-Derry

• Southeast Polk. 

You can sign up as an individual and if you live near more than one area you can sign up for more than one area. Visit the Planning Department website to see a color map of the seven areas and to register for the notification.
